Jean Terpstra The water dispenser was not working and he had a solution that the previous repair man completely missed. We were six weeks waiting for the other guy to come through with the right parts and he never did fix it. Vlad got it fixed in one morning. He is our new appliance guy A+.
Delfina L Vlad is great! He was on time and fixed my washer right on the spot. Communication was easy. … I had two other appliance technicians prior to Vlad looked at the dryer but none of them could figure out the problem.
Amanda C Incredibly kind, clean, and friendly. Came out last minute fixed my dryer in within 15 minutes. I would recommend this company to everyone and if I ever have another appliance issue I will only use them!
H W Vlad was kind, professional, and saved us money by repairing some parts instead of buying new ones! We appreciate the savings more than he knows. Vlad comes highly recommended!
Eileen Rodriguez Very happy with the service received from Appliance Repair Parma & Taganay Plus!! Professional service, great customer service, explained with details reason why my washer was malfunctioning. …
D Montgomery The dishwasher wasnt draining, so the guests weren't able to use it. The technician was able to diagnose the issue quickly and fixed it. He was polite, friendly, funny, and professional. I'll definitely use this company again.
Mary McPhee David was awesome. The price was great. The service was phenomenal. Highly recommend. The washing machine had two issues and he fixed both in record time!
Cheryl Brashear I was referred to Vlad by my nephew, and then my son needed his washer fixed and then I needed my fixed. Needless to say, we all were totally satisfied with his work, now my family can say, "I gotta a guy fo dat"
